About - Clara's Family Cookbook

Clara’s Family Cookbook is a labor of love that began generations ago in Calabria, Italy with Clara Eannetta who then became a first-generation American. Clara had 4 daughters to carry on the legacy; Debbie, Donna, Elizabeth (Izzie), and Patricia (Tricia).

What blossomed into a physical cookbook scrapbook crafted by Izzie & her sisters was then given to the children of the four sisters. As time grew, so did the demand for more handcrafted cookbooks by Izzie’s husband’s family, The Burnses & Fosters. So was born the internet cookbook you see here for all families to enjoy for generations to come.

This site is dedicated to Clara, Larry, Craig, and Tricia.

Use the Search to search by Author (Clara, Debbie, Donna, Izzie, Shar, Karen), or Keyword (vegan, vegetarian, fat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free), or Course (Appetizer , Main Dish, Side Dish, Dessert), or Cuisine (Italian, Irish, Mexican, American), or even by ingredient.

On a recipe page, change the default Servings amount to easily double or half a recipe.
