Steps

  1. Beat together: 2 eggs, 1 T (heaping) of flour
  2. In 1 c glass measuring cup, put in: ¼ c cider vinegar, Fill to ½ with sugar, Fill to full with water and mix
  3. Add to egg mixture and cook on low on stove till thick.

Notes

  • This is what I use for my potato salad—add some Hellman’s mayo if you need more.
