Steps

  1. Puree tomatoes, garlic, and basi (use blender, Cuisinart, or chopper).
  2. Place in medium saucepan and season with salt & pepper.
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes. Turn to low if boiling.

Notes

  • Best served over rotini pasta. Have as main dish or side dish.
