Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F degrees
  2. Mix together Italian bread crumbs and flour in bowl.
  3. Place butter in 9x11 glass baking dish (after spraying with non-stick spray).
  4. Place in oven to melt (make sure it doesn’t burn).
  5. If using chicken breasts, pound slightly.
  6. Dry chicken with paper towels.
  7. Dip chicken in milk, then flour mixture - press mixture into chicken.
  8. Place chicken in baking dish and bake for 30 min, then turn.
  9. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
