Steps
- Brown garlic in oil.
- Put in tomatoes and cook at least 20 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Add beans and simmer about 15 minutes.
- If too dry, add a little water.
- Cook pasta to tenderness desired then drain.
- Add pasta to beans.
Notes
- Variations: 1 lb sausage, 1/2 stick pepperoni (these can be added to increase flavor)
