Steps
- In small saucepan, melt butter on low with peeled garlic. Don’t burn.
- While butter is melting, slice bread, keeping bottom together.
- Using butter brush, coat all sides of break with butter mixture.
- Cover lightly with foil, place on cookie sheet, and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes or until top is crispy.
