Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 large can Whole Italian Tomatoes w/ basil
- 1 c Tubetinni Pasta – or other small pasta
- 1 can Cannellini Beans – or Ceci or small white beans

Instructions
- Heat oil and garlic in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat.
- Add tomatoes and stir until they are broken up and cooked down – about 10-15 minutes.
- While the tomatoes are cooking, cook the pasta in 4 cups of water until al dente.
- When the tomatoes are ready add the beans to heat thoroughly.
- When the pasta is ready, add to the tomatoes with the liquid.
- Serve with grated cheese and hot crusty bread!
Recipe Notes
You can make it as ‘soupy’ as you want by adding or subtracting the water from the pasta.
