- 3-4 lb roast trimmed fat
- 1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing
- 1 jar pepperocini peppers (great flavor (great flavor - you don't have to eat them)
- slices provolone cheese slices (optional)

Instructions
- Empty all into slow cooker, including juice from peppers.
- Slow cook for approximately 8 hours, or longer if you have to work late or it takes you an hour to get to and from work, or the kids have a game after work or you're not hungry right when you get home or you're just too dang lazy to get up and fix yourself a sandwich.
- When you're ready, pull meat apart with forks to shred.
- Serve on bun (with cheese if desired).
