Ingredients
- 2-10 oz. pkg frozen broccoli spears or fresh steamed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 T flour
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1/2 c whipping cream
- 3 T dry white wine
- 3 large boneless and skinned chicken breasts ?? halved and cooked - 1 hour in 250° oven or poach and use broth for soup
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- Melt butter.
- Blend in flour, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to tast, and chicken broth.
- Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
- Stir in cream and wine.
- Place broccoli crosswise in 9x12 baking dish.
- Pour half the sauce over top with chicken.
- To remaining sauce: add cheese.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with added cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Broil just until sauce is golden (about 5 minutes).
