Instructions
  1. In small saucepan, melt butter on low with peeled garlic. Don't burn.
  2. While butter is melting, slice bread, keeping bottom together.
  3. Using butter brush, coat all sides of break with butter mixture.
  4. Cover lightly with foil, place on cookie sheet, and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes or until top is crispy.
