Ingredients
- 4 lb chicken wings
- 2 eggs
- 2 c peanut oil
- 3 c cider vinegar
- 4 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 onion minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper sauce
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1.4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/3 c Louisiana hot sauce

Instructions
- If fresh wings, cut off tips and discard. Cut remaining wings in half at joint.
- In large bowl, beat eggs and all ingredients until blended.
- Add wings, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 500.
- Use disposable foil pans or 9x14 glass pyrex dishes.
- Place wings in single layer. Roast 45-60 minutes until crisp, turning wings every 15 minutes and basting with marinage.
- Sprinkle with additional cayenne pepper before baking if desired.
Recipe Notes
Use all ingredients - it makes a difference! Have ready by the time the Buc game starts. If we lose, at least you've tailgated well. Then, air out your house and clean your oven.
