Ingredients
- 10 large potatoes peeled
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 T butter
- 2 T dry, minced onion (optional)

Instructions
- Boil potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese and 4 Tbs butter. (Add onions if desired).
- Stir until melted.
- Spread into 9x13 pan
- Melt remaining butter and drizzle.
- Refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
