Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

large potatoes
peeled

sour cream

oz
cream cheese

butter

T
dry, minced onion
(optional)
Instructions
Boil potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese and 4 Tbs butter. (Add onions if desired).
Stir until melted.
Spread into 9×13 pan
Melt remaining butter and drizzle.
Refrigerate until ready to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
