4 egg yolksbeat
1/3c sugar (& IT)gradually add and beat until dissolved
1pint whole milkadd and set aside
1c heavy creamadd and set aside
3oz bourbonadd and set aside
nutmegadd and set aside
vanilla
simple syrup
bourbon
proseco
1 shot bourbon
2tbsp syrup

Instructions

4 egg whites whisk, adding IT sugar.
whisk into egg mixture.
fill with Proseco
