- large can diced tomatoes
- 6 large heads fresh garlic
- 8-10 large leaves fresh basil
- salt & pepper
- parmesan or Romano cheese freshly grated

Instructions
- Puree tomatoes, garlic, and basi (use blender, Cuisinart, or chopper).
- Place in medium saucepan and season with salt & pepper.
- Cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes. Turn to low if boiling.

Best served over rotini pasta. Have as main dish or side dish.
