Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 T cinnamon (for filling)
- 3 T sugar (for filling)
- ¼ cup chopped nuts if desired (for filling)
- 3 T sugar (for filling)

Instructions
- Mix coffee cake ingredients together. Pour half the batter into a greased bundt pan or a 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle half of filling over batter. Add remaining batter, sprinkle with rest of filling. Then cut through the batter several times with a knife.
- Bake at 350 30 minutes for 9 x 13. Longer for bundt pan. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
