Ingredients
- 2 lbs sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 can can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz container French onion dip
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup each red and green pepper if desired
- 30 oz pkg frozen hash browns thawed
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cook sausage until brown. Drain well.
- In large bowl combine other ingredients except potatoes. Then fold in potatoes.
- Mix well. Spread ½ potato mixture over bottom of 9 x 13 greased dish. Spread ½ sausage over that. Repeat layering.
- Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until casserole is golden brown.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes then uncover for 10 minutes or so.
