Easy Beef Burgundy

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cans of any of the following: cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup (best if you use 1 of each)
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 cup burgundy wine or water
  • 1 t Kitchen Bouquet
  • 3 lb stew meat or cut up beef
  • rice or noodles

Method
 

  1. Mix ingredients together in a roaster-type pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 3 hours, uncovered.
  3. Serve over rice or noodles.
