Frozen Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
  • 16 oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans if desired
  • 8 oz carton Cool Whip thawed

Method
 

  1. Combine milk and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, marshmallows, and pecans.
  2. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a 9x13 dish. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Cut into squares.
