Frozen Toffee Bits Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 T sugar
  • ½ cup half and half cream
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 8 oz pkg milk chocolate toffee bits divided
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Method
 

  1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.  Beat in cream until blended. 
  2. Fold in Cool Whip and 1 cup toffee bits. 
  3. Spoon into crust; sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.  Cover and freeze overnight. 
  4. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
