Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 4 egg yolks beat
  • 1/3 c sugar (& IT) gradually add and beat until dissolved
  • 1 pint whole milk add and set aside
  • 1 c heavy cream add and set aside
  • 3 oz bourbon add and set aside
  • nutmeg add and set aside
  • vanilla
  • simple syrup
  • bourbon
  • proseco
  • 1 shot bourbon
  • 2 tbsp syrup

Method
 

  1. 4 egg whites whisk, adding IT sugar.
  2. whisk into egg mixture.
  3. fill with Proseco
