not chunky, I use medium regular size

chopped green chilis
or jalapenos or combo of the two

shredded cheddar cheese
(can use any kind; mild, medium, sharp)

Combine all and cook on the stove over low heat. Stir frequently.
Adjust consistency to your liking - add more cheese or salsa.
