Joe's Cuban Espresso
Ingredients
- 3 spoonfuls sugar
- coffee Cafe Le Lezzo is a good brand
- water
Instructions
- Use stovetop espresso maker to make coffee.
- Add 2 spoonfuls of beginning stage of coffee to sugar. Put coffee back on stove until finished.
- Stir sugar mixture thoroughly until creamed.
- When coffee finished, pour rest of coffee into mixture.
- To serve, shake while pouring into cup (to get both liquid and foam).
