Clara’s Family Cookbook is a labor of love that began generations ago in Calabria, Italy with Clara Eannetta who then became a first-generation American. Clara had 4 daughters to carry on the legacy; Debbie, Donna, Elizabeth (Izzie), and Patricia (Tricia).

What blossomed into a physical cookbook scrapbook crafted by Izzie & her sisters was then given to the children of the four sisters. As time grew, so did the demand for more handcrafted cookbooks by Izzie’s husband’s family, The Burnses & Fosters.  So was born the internet cookbook you see here for all the families to enjoy for generations to come.
