Steps

  1. Combine vinegar, sugar, and port in small saucepan.
  2. Bring to simmer over medium-low heat and cook until reduced by half and syrupy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Let cool completely before using. Store in airtight container.

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon port, any port wine
