Fine Herbs Mixture

Great on any cut of steak, fish, and chicken.

Steps

  1. Put ingredients into bowl and mix.
  2. Add olive oil to cover and mix.

Notes

  • Unused herbs: wrap tight and put into fridge - will last up to 2 weeks. When ready to use again, let sit to room temperature.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh Italian parsley, chopped very very fine - this is 50% of the mixture (the rest you need to figure out…)
  • 20% fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 20% fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 10% fresh garlic, finely chopped
