Apple Pie

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients except the butter.
  2. Put into pie crust - dot with butter and cover with top crust.
  3. Make slits for steam to escape - seal and flute.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 40-45 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced apples, drained (not filling)
  • 1/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
