Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ c sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 2 ½ c flour
  • 1 ¼ c milk
  • ½ t baking soda
  • 1 ½ t baking powder
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding

Method
 

  1. Combine oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Add flour, milk, soda, baking powder and pudding, mix well.
  3. Grease 2 large (9 x 5) loaf pans. 
  4. Mix together 1 t cinnamon and ¼ cup sugar.  Sprinkle ½ this mixture over greased pans.
  5. Pour half of bread mix in each pan, then sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon over top.
  6. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick in center of bread comes out clean. Check after 50 minutes.

Notes

This is a favorite of our family and almost anyone who tastes it. Slice it, nuke, and slather it with butter. ENJOY
