Ingredients

olive oil

Whole Italian Tomatoes w/ basil

Tubetinni Pasta – or other small pasta
1
can
Cannellini Beans – or Ceci
or small white beans
Instructions
Heat oil and garlic in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat.
Add tomatoes and stir until they are broken up and cooked down – about 10-15 minutes.
While the tomatoes are cooking, cook the pasta in 4 cups of water until al dente.
When the tomatoes are ready add the beans to heat thoroughly.
When the pasta is ready, add to the tomatoes with the liquid.
Serve with grated cheese and hot crusty bread!
Recipe Notes
You can make it as ‘soupy’ as you want by adding or subtracting the water from the pasta.
