  • ground beef
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • parsley flakes
  • oil
  • 4 c beef broth
  • 2 c diced tomatoes ???
  • 1 small can tomato juice
  • baby carrots diced
  • pasta regitalli ??? is good
  • parmigianno-regiano or parmesan

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef with oil, garlic, oregano, and parsley flakes.
  2. Add beef broth, tomatoes, tomato juice, carrots, pasta.
  3. Serve with parmigiano cheese.
