Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 lb Pasta — choose one that holds the dressing and flavors well, like rotini
  • cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • red peppers sliced thin
  • Calamari olives
  • fresh mozzarella cut into bite size pieces
  • fresh basil chopped
  • oregano
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano grated
Optional
  • pepperocini peppers chopped
  • artichoke hearts
  • roasted red peppers
  • marinated veggies
Dressing
  • 1 c olive oil EVOO
  • 1 c white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 squeezed lemon
  • 1 t hot honey

Method
 

  1. Boil then drain pasta. Prep other ingredients while cooking the pasta.
  2. Mix all ingredients
