Tricia's EASY Swiss Steak

Ingredients
  

  • round steak cut up in large pieces (fat removed)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 1 can water (Debbie revised and uses golden mushroom soup)
  • black pepper salt if desired

Method
 

  1. Put all in slow cooker on low. Meat needs to be completely covered (if not, add another can of soup and 1/2 can water.
  2. Cook at least 8 hours.
  3. Add another can of soup for more steak or to have more gravy.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes, salad, and bread.
