Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg chicken breasts
  • 2 small boxes wild rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • bread crumbs
  • butter

Method
 

  1. Boil chicken.
  2. While boiling, mix bread crumbs with melted butter and set aside.
  3. Remove skin and bone, and chop chicken in pieces.
  4. Combine with cooked rice.
  5. Mix in soup and put in casserole dish.
  6. Top with bread crumbs.
  7. Bake 350ยฐ approximately 15-20 minutes, or until top is brown.
