Frozen Chocolate Sundae Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 t baking cocoa
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 chocolate crumb crust or graham cracker crust
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup pecans chopped

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. 
  2. Add milk and cocoa; beat until smooth.  Fold in Cool Whip. 
  3. Spoon into crust. 
  4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and nuts.
  5. Cover and freeze overnight.

Notes

* This recipe doubles well.
* This is Joe’s favorite “birthday cake”.
