
Grandma Lou’s Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 T flour
- 0.25 c cider vinegar
- 0.33 c sugar
- 0.5 c water
Instructions
- Beat together: 2 eggs and 1 T (heaping) of flour
- In 1 c glass measuring cup, put in: ¼ c cider vinegar, fill to ½ with sugar, fill to full with water and mix.
- Add to egg mixture and cook on low on stove until thick.
