Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger or 2 lbs
  • 2 Medium Onions chopped
  • 1 pkg (12 count) taco shells broken into pieces
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 1 can enchilada sauce

Method
 

  1. Brown hamburger and onions.
  2. Mix together: cream of mushroom soup, chilies, and enchilada sauce.
  3. Layer in 9x13 pan: broken taco chips, meat, soup mixture, and cheese - then repeat.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
