- 1 can sliced apples drained (not filling)
- 1/4 c brown sugar firmly packed
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the butter.
- Put into pie crust - dot with butter and cover with top crust.
- Make slits for steam to escape - seal and flute.
- Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes until crust is golden brown.
