Ingredients
- 1 lb thin spaghetti
- 2 cups mild grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese if desired
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 T margarine
- ¼ cup Milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced diagonally

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti and drain.
- Grease a 9 x 13 dish and place half the spaghetti on bottom of it. Spread with half the sour cream and sprinkle with half the cheese and salt and pepper. Lay half the sausage on top of cheese.
- Repeat above steps, beginning with spaghetti. Sprinkle with milk and dot with margarine.
- Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
