chopped very very fine - this is 50% of the mixture (the rest you need to figure out...)

Method
Put ingredients into bowl and mix.
Add olive oil to cover and mix.
Notes
Unused herbs: wrap tight and put into fridge - will last up to 2 weeks. When ready to use again, let sit to room temperature.
