
Fine Herbs Mixture
Great on any cut of steak, fish, and chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh Italian parsley chopped very very fine - this is 50% of the mixture (the rest you need to figure out...)
- 20% fresh thyme finely chopped
- 20% fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 10% fresh garlic finely chopped
Instructions
- Put ingredients into bowl and mix.
- Add olive oil to cover and mix.
Notes
Unused herbs: wrap tight and put into fridge - will last up to 2 weeks. When ready to use again, let sit to room temperature.
