
Glazed Ham
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked ham
- 2 1/2 c apple jelly
- 2 T prepared mustard
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- whole cloves
Instructions
- Combine apple jelly, mustard, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a sauce pan; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Set aside. Take ham and ??? with whole cloves.
- Place ham on shallow rack in roasting pan.
- Bake uncovered @ 325 - 10 minutes per pound.
- Baste every 15 to 20 min with sauce.
- Heat remaining sauce and serve with ham.
