Ingredients
  

  • 1 fully cooked ham
  • 2 1/2 c apple jelly
  • 2 T prepared mustard
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • whole cloves

Method
 

  1. Combine apple jelly, mustard, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a sauce pan; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Set aside. Take ham and ??? with whole cloves.
  3. Place ham on shallow rack in roasting pan.
  4. Bake uncovered @ 325 - 10 minutes per pound.
  5. Baste every 15 to 20 min with sauce.
  6. Heat remaining sauce and serve with ham.
