- Idaho Potatoes 5 to 6 for 4 people
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 oz EXTRA SHARP cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Peel potatoes and boil in water (enough to cover all potatoes) until a fork pokes easily into potatoes.
- Drain water completely.
- Leave potatoes in drained pot and butter, milk, salt, pepper and mix with hand beater (you'll now have mashed potatoes).
- Fold in sour cream and cheese.
- Place in a buttered bowl and bake 350 oven for about 20-30 minutes or until top begins to brown.
- Let set about 15 minutes before serving.
