
Easy Beef Burgundy
Ingredients
- 3 cans of any of the following: cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup (best if you use 1 of each)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 cup burgundy wine or water
- 1 t Kitchen Bouquet
- 3 lb stew meat or cut up beef
- rice or noodles
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together in a roaster-type pan.
- Bake at 350 for 3 hours, uncovered.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
