Grandma Lou’s Homemade Mustard

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz can dry mustard
  • 1 c cider vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 ½ c mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. Mix and let stand overnight: dry mustard and cider vinegar.
  2. Next day, beat in: eggs, sugar, and salt.
  3. Cook until thickened.
  4. Let cool, then add mayonnaise. Beat well.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
