Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 10 large potatoes peeled
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 T butter
  • 2 T dry, minced onion (optional)

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese and 4 Tbs butter. (Add onions if desired).
  2. Stir until melted.
  3. Spread into 9×13 pan
  4. Melt remaining butter and drizzle.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
