Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium onions cut up
  • 1/2 stick butter sauted until clear
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 1 can water
  • 2 beef boullions

Instructions
 

  • Cut up onions. Sautee in butter until onions are clear.
  • Pour in beef broth, water, and beef boullions.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Put in soup crocks. Cover with parmesean cheese and gruyere swiss. Float toasted bread on top. Top with sliced mozzarella.
  • Put in oven 350 for 5-10 minutes.
  • Then broil until lightly brown.
