- 4 oz can dry mustard
- 1 c cider vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- ¼ tsp salt & pepper
- 1 ½ c mayonnaise

- Mix and let stand overnight: dry mustard and cider vinegar.
- Next day, beat in: eggs, sugar, and salt.
- Cook until thickened.
- Let cool, then add mayonnaise. Beat well.
- Store in refrigerator.
