
Sugar Cream Pie
Ingredients
- ¾ stick butter
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup sugar
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat mixture of butter, milk, and sugar.
- Mix together cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
- Add dry mixture slowly to milk. Cook until thick.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and chill.
