Onion Soup

Steps

  1. Cut up onions. Sautee in butter until onions are clear.
  2. Pour in beef broth, water, and beef boullions.
  3. Cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. Put in soup crocks. Cover with parmesean cheese and gruyere swiss. Float toasted bread on top. Top with sliced mozzarella.
  5. Put in oven 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Then broil until lightly brown.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium onions, cut up
  • 1/2 stick butter, sauted until clear
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 1 can water
  • 2 beef boullions
